Asteroid365 is an online institute automation software created by VriendeLike that allows students, faculties and other staff members to collaborate and share information at work and can fulfill their respective profile. The Asteroid365 platform includes the Asteroid365 ERP websites, apps and related online services, together the "Service".
The Service is intended for use by organisations and in accordance with their instructions and is provided to you by your employer/management or other Institutes/Colleges/University that has authorised your access to, and use of, the Service (your “Institutes/Colleges/University”).
Your Institutes/Colleges/University is responsible for and administers your Asteroid365 account ("Your Account"). Your Institutes/Colleges/University is also responsible for the collection and use of any data that you submit or provide through the Service and such use is governed by the terms your Institutes/Colleges/University has in place with VriendeLike.
In addition to this privacy statement, your Institutes/Colleges/University may have additional policies or codes of conduct which will apply in relation to your use of the Service.

Your Institutes/Colleges/University will collect the following kinds of information when you, your class mates/colleagues or other users access the Service:
Your Institutes/Colleges/University will share the information that it collects with VriendeLike, as provider of the platform, in order to allow VriendeLike to provide and support the Service for your Institutes/Colleges/University and other users and in accordance with any other instructions from your Institutes/Colleges/University. We use the information that we have to help verify accounts and activity and to promote safety and security on and off our Services on your Institutes/Colleges/University's behalf, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies. We work hard to protect Your Account using teams of engineers, automated systems and advanced technology such as encryption and machine learning. For example, we may deploy automated technologies to detect abusive behaviour and content, such as child pornography, that may harm our Services, you, other users, your Institutes/Colleges/University or others.
You and your Institutes/Colleges/University may access, correct or delete information that you have uploaded to the Service using the tools within the Service (for example, editing your profile information or via the Activity Log). If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Service, you should contact your Institutes/Colleges/University directly to access or modify your information.
For users outside the India, you acknowledge that using the Services may result in VriendeLike receiving personal information from you (it will do so solely acting on behalf of VriendeLike).
The Service may contain links to content maintained by third parties that your Institutes/Colleges/University does not control. You should review the privacy policies of each website that you visit.
If you would like to stop using the Service, you should contact your Institutes/Colleges/University. Similarly, if you stop working for or with the Institutes/Colleges/University, the Institutes/Colleges/University may suspend Your Account and/or delete any information associated with Your Account.
It typically takes about 90 days to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Please note that content you create and share on the Service is owned by your Institutes/Colleges/University and may remain on the Service and be accessible even if your Institutes/Colleges/University deactivates or terminates Your Account. In this way, content that you provide on the Service is similar to other types of content (such as presentations or memos) that you may generate in the course of your work.
